When Gary and Maggie arrive in Albany, she finally gives more insight into her and her client, Justin. His brother died of Cystic Fibrosis, one of Maggie’s first clients. So Maggie wants to help Meredith (Cheryl Swan), his bereaved mother. Gary apologizes for hurting Peter Benoit (Andrew Leeds). Maggie feels guilty because the doctor told her to stop seeing patients after he gave her a cancer diagnosis. Instead, she continued seeing patients, and a massive chunk of her hair fell out during a session with Justin. When he brought her a tissue, Justin moved to kiss Maggie. She pulled away but felt horrible about it. Justin stopped coming to sessions after Maggie told him it was wrong. She believes she may have caused his suicide. Maggie returns to Boston to host her radio show. Camden abandoned his Bruins game to join Maggie on “In the Room With Doctor Bloom.” She talks about forgiveness, second chances, and letting go.

Margaret (Cameron Esposito) is a celebrity tattoo artist, which Katherine tells her friend and legal assistant Carter French (Sam Pancake). Carter persuades Katherine to go to Greta’s tattoo studio. The receptionist, Meetra (Donia Kash), controls Greta’s social media account, which is why she didn’t answer.
