The tenth episode of the third season of All Rise is titled “Fire and Rain.” The assault and grab case will remain a major storyline point, Lola will reflect on her relationship with Andre in the past, and there will undoubtedly be a few more surprises. In the last scene of “Truth Hurts,” Mark finally meets Collier, who explains that Amy lied when she claimed to have started their divorce proceedings. In this episode, Mark confronts Amy about her divorce while André and Lola discuss their past. Mark and Amy’s happiness is not going to be allowed by All Rise. But Mark Callan never gives up without a fight, so buckle up because whatever comes next is going to be some of the most exciting television you’ve ever seen. The smash-and-grab case search warrant is ultimately obtained by Mark. However, he misspells the address on the warrant, necessitating a new one that he would have to ask Lola to approve. Teddy is given the first chair in the sexual harassment lawsuit by Mark. Sara is concerned since the women and Mark seem to get along. After getting Lola to sign the warrant, Mark goes back to his office and informs the assault victims that he would need to find another attorney to handle their case because of his warrant. He makes an effort to maintain his positive attitude and tells everyone that everything will be okay. The FBI, however, supersedes his warrant. The man who plainly sold him out, Mark’s old buddy and Lola’s husband Robin, welcomes him back to the district attorney’s office. When Lola finds out that Robin informed the FBI, she is astounded. After seeing six months of work go to waste, Mark goes to his office feeling quite dejected. Mark is to take care of the smash-and-grab case, according to Lola. When Mark meets Collier, Amy’s husband, he finds out that the paperwork hasn’t yet been submitted. Moses is the new court reporter that Sherri has hired.
