A teen girl is playing basketball at a park when she notices a substance oozing from a nearby shack. When she opens the door, she sees a man entangled in vines and stung by bees. The police and Montoya are alerted after a man is discovered entombed in a honeycomb with honeybees. Sophie inquires about the Black Glove who froze Jordan, who is currently recovering, and Renee urges Sophie to avoid them. Mary revives the man, who swears Mary was the one who did it. Mary was apparently infected by Ivy’s plants; she has no recollection of what happened, but she is chained to a console. Virgil Getty, the Black Glove operative who froze Jordan and his pals, is subsequently discovered buried up to his neck in soil, apparently by Mary, by Batwoman and Alice.
Ryan hides Getty from Renee, but Alice informs Sophie of his whereabouts, and Sophie tortures Getty regarding Black Glove until Batwoman intervenes, but Getty is shortly killed. Alice transforms Mary with sunlight, causing her to knock out Luke and be set free by Alice. Poison’s new incarnation Mary entices Batwoman and Batwing to the botanical gardens, where she captures and subdues them with plants, stealing the Batwing component from Lucius Fox’s A.I. Renee sets them free while chastising them for keeping this knowledge hidden. Ryan solicits a favour from Jada Jett as Sophie and Renee make up after a drink together. Poison Mary and Alice grab a car and flee.. Ryan seeks assistance from Jada.
