As a stopgap measure, while Deckhand Alex Alex Propson and Deckhand Chase Lemacks become acquainted with the Parsifal, Engineer Colin Macrae has been designated as chief officer. when the provisions arrive and the team prepares the boat for charter, Macrae senses something is amiss with the engine. The season’s tone is set by the first charter, and things have taken a turn for the worse early on. Since Captain and Engineer have concluded that the boat cannot leave the pier, the onus is now on Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher and the cabin to provide the visitors with an experience. The next day, Macrae finds out that water got into the engine due to an after-cooler problem. The first guest we meet is Stephanie Seutter. Currently, she is employed for Aexus in Austin. Stephanie was born and raised in her family’s home state of Arkansas. and Her seven female pals from Texas; she works in sales and they are on a girls’ trip. They want an EDM party the first night, after a traditional Sardinian meal. Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher is understandably repulsed by their plans for a beach day and a meal of steak, shellfish, and truffles on the second day. The visitors are so inebriated that one of them, Mary Lynn, actually falls out of her chair twice while raving about the meal. After everyone gets dressed up for the party and the team puts on their paint and face jewels, they head upstairs where Lemacks gives a lap dance to one visitor and Mary Lynn paints Alex Propson’s knee to show her sister that she can draw. After a day of continuous drinking, the partygoers want mimosas from Chief Stew Daisy first thing in the morning. One of the guests needs an IV of champagne. In the meantime, Engineer Colin Macrae has been spending the entirety of the charter cooped up in the engine room. Because the issues have progressed beyond Macrae’s capacity to resolve them on his own, Captain Glenn has called in more technicians to examine the situation. The conclusion of the episode reveals that it would take two weeks to fix the engine.
