Throughout this, Kate (Condola Rashad) learns about some of the forces that worked against her when she worked for Chuck. Chuck’s friends try to persuade him to see things from a different perspective, but he remains fixated on pursuing vengeance on Mike Prince. He tries feverishly to get a new career, despite his friends’ warnings that it is not the best decision for him right now. Chuck’s emotions are lifted when he arrests a foul-mouthed upper-class man for misbehaving in a bar. The incident has only strengthened his drive to bring down shady characters in society, and he intends to avenge Mike Prince.
