Blue Bloods Season 12 Episode 13 Recap
The episode begins with a police officer being assaulted. Detective O’Neill ran into a group of guys just before it happened. He tried to show them his badge, but it didn’t work. Certainly not right now. As a result, he had to pull his handgun to convince the people to back off, and those males are now being investigated for assault. The detective was only awake long enough to let the public know what had happened. He couldn’t say much later since he was gravely hurt and didn’t know if he’d survive. The cop, on the other hand, isn’t the problem. The problem is with his wife. When the Police Commissioner stepped in and requested a news conference, she was with him at the hospital. She felt compelled to inform the entire world about the men she suspected were guilty of her husband’s death. It was up to Frank to persuade her otherwise. Frank will not take action unless he has proof. He sought confirmation of what had happened to O’Neill. It couldn’t be because he was a cop, despite the fact that officers are now more loathed than ever. It should have no bearing on the way an investigation is carried out.
Frank suggested to his wife that the press conference be postponed. They had no idea who had assaulted her husband or why, and it’s a good thing he waited because his kid later heard on the street that the cop had been a jerk. He was in cahoots with gangs. It’s probable that’s why he was attacked in the first place. Danny later met with his father in private. When he informed Frank what he’d heard, he requested him to look into it. Family may turn to family in stressful times. Frank’s father, Henry, did the same thing to Jamie. They attended a funeral for Henry’s old police officer pal, where they found Harold hadn’t died of a heart attack. He died after collapsing and striking his head. Harold was known to live alone, and everyone thought he did. Henry, on the other hand, has a completely different point of view. He couldn’t believe his friend would do such a thing, so he investigated their foes. A week before Harold died, one of the men was released. It wasn’t the first time a homicide had been mistakenly labelled as an accident.
