The episode of Blue Blood tonight begins with the owner of Bao’s Banh Mi sandwich restaurant arriving in the morning to find that it has been trashed and a bottle being thrown at him. Erin is assigned a little case that falls outside her office’s pay scale. When she shows Anthony the file, he can’t believe it; it’s a minor drug possession case. Danny and Baez arrive at the sandwich business, where the owner has survived a head wound. Mr. Bao claims he was alone when he was hit and didn’t see who hit him. He lost a lot of money; he lost $20,000 in all. Danny and Baez leave the business and attempt to ask individuals in the area questions, but everyone claims to be unable to communicate in English.

Danny is passing it via a translation app outside the shop, and Bao’s wife is telling him to tell Danny who did it because he knows who did it. Danny discovers that the child on the street who provided him the information is Bao’s son, who is in debt due to gambling. To pay them back, he robbed his own father. Danny visits Sonny, who informs him that he does not need to establish his business on the street and that he may work with him instead. Erin usually assumes the worst when she asks Anthony what’s wrong with her. Because she is the best, the DA assigned her to the case. Despite the fact that she doesn’t like Crawford, she says she admires and respects her.
