CBS has Renewed the FBI Franchise For TWO MORE Seasons

FBI universe; FBI for Seasons 5 and 6, FBI: Most Wanted for Seasons 4 and 5, and FBI: International for Seasons 2 and 3 have all been renewed by CBS for two additional seasons. On Tuesdays, CBS is the most popular primetime network, winning all three time periods and attracting almost 1.4 million more viewers than its nearest rival. The season finales of all FBI universe will air on May 24.

In a statement, CBS Entertainment president Kelly Kahl stated, “The FBIs are one of the most successful brands in the entire TV landscape and a powerful cornerstone of our #1 lineup.”   I personally would like to thank the incredible casts, talented writers, and dedicated producers, not to mention three crews who never missed airdate despite the difficulties of producing full seasons during the COVID-19 pandemic.” said Dick Wolf, executive producer and creator of the FBI brand.

“FBI” has an average audience of 10.35 million people; “FBI: International” has an average audience of 8.31 million; and “FBI: Most Wanted” has an average audience of 8.85 million.

Missy Peregrym, Zeeko Zaki, Jeremy Sisto, Alana De La Garza, John Boyd, and Katherine Renee Turner are among the cast members of FBI. Missy Peregrym’s final Season 4 episode aired lately (due to her maternity leave), but she told fans that she’d be returning next season.

Julian McMahon, the squad head of the Fugitive Task Force, left FBI: Most Wanted this season. Dylan McDermott has replaced Alexa Davalos, Roxy Sternberg, Keisha Castle-Hughes, and Miguel Gomez in the lead role.

FBI: International is the most recent addition to the franchise, having debuted in a three-part crossover to kick off the 2021-2022 season. Luke Kleintank, Heida Reed, Carter Redwood, Vinessa Vidotto, and Christiane Paul are among the cast members.
