Since Mick and Megan (Barbara Niven) are attempting to maintain a long-distance romance, plans (like a meeting in Denver) occasionally fall through because Megan is ill and unable to fly. When Mick talks at a NA meeting, it then becomes abundantly evident how much he needs a sponsor. For a while, Mick believes he can work through the steps on his own, but Ralph (Donald Sales) reminds him that those who attempt to complete the program on their own are known as addicts. Ralph follows him after the meeting. Mick is aware that he needs a sponsor now. According to Ralph, he knows a guy. Abby is upset as Megan must cancel, but Mick yells at her. In fact, he makes contact with Luke (Stephen Huszar) and confesses that everything makes him consider using. The other man responds that he can’t because they are buddies when the other man wants Luke to be his sponsor.
Luke and Bree (Emilie Ullerup) haven’t spoken since the incident involving the fortune teller.
