Fans of Chicago Fire, get ready for a short break from new episodes. The show will not be airing for three weeks. Fans of Chicago P.D. and Chicago Med will also have to wait during this break for all other One Chicago programs.
New episodes of the show will start showing on May 1, and they will keep going until the end of the season. Fans may want to know why the show is taking a break while they wait for new episodes. The break is probably because of scheduling issues and to make sure that the rest of the season’s episodes run without any breaks.
Along with the break, there have been some changes to the group of Season 12 of Chicago Fire. Alberto Rosende and Kara Killmer, who have been regulars on the show for a long time, have left. Alberto’s character, Blake Gallo, moved to Michigan to be closer to his new family.
In Season 12, Episode 10, a new character is added to Chicago Fire, which makes things more exciting. Michael Bradway joins the group as James Damon, a character who will appear on Firehouse 51 more than once. Jake Gibson, played by Rome Flynn, was also written off the show after six episodes. Damon could be the firefighter who fills that role.

Bradway’s hiring is his first job on TV. He was born in Boca Raton, Florida, and now lives in Miami, Florida. She is signed with SELECT Model Management and has done work for well-known companies like Champion, U.S. Polo Assn., Verizon, and Brightline Train. He has had parts in movies like “Marked Men” and “Copperhead.” His addition to the group makes us more excited for the next episodes of Chicago Fire
Jocelyn Hudon plays Paramedic Novak, who was first seen in the most recent show. Novak fills the hole left by Sylvie Brett by giving Ambulance 61 a new point of view and a positive vibe. She moved from Chicago to Portland after getting married to Jesse Spencer’s character, Matt Casey. No matter what she thinks, Novak is quick on her feet and a great addition to the team.
