Chicago Med Season 7 Episode 14 Recap
Dr. Shentu and Sharon were present during an accident in front of the hospital, in which the woman driver collided with a concrete wall. They hurried her to the hospital and began treatment right away. In addition, Sharon requested that Shentu reel in and diagnose the woman, which astonished Taylor. Sharon eventually handed the issue over to Shentu and asked Taylor to handle the situation. Dr. Archer, on the other hand, was taken aback by Sharon’s decision and instructed Taylor to keep him informed on Shentu’s work and the case. Meanwhile, Stevie and Dylan went in to examine a patient who had been discovered lying near Washington Park and needed surgery for a problem in his arms. He also showed out to be Terrell, which caught Dylan off guard.
Terrell had dyslexia since childhood, according to Dylan, who diagnosed him later. Maggie, on the other hand, accompanied Will on a medical house call to see Ellis, a patient who had been living in an iron lung since he was a youngster after contracting polio. Will took a sample of Ellis’ blood to the hospital because his condition appeared to be deteriorating. Maggie stayed behind to keep a check on Ellis’s condition. Stevie was taken aback when she learned that her mother Terri had been in the hospital for several days. When she asked Dr. Charles about it, he said Terri didn’t want her to know she was a patient there, which infuriated Stevie even more. As time went on, Dr. Shentu’s patients’ illnesses deteriorated as a result of the new recommendations he established. Archer, on the other hand, had to step in and aid in stabilizing the woman’s situation. Shentu eventually realized that the rules needed to be changed, and he vowed to do so, which was Sharon’s motivation for appointing him to the case.
On the other hand, despite their constant conflicts, Marcel and Pamela conducted an excellent transplant. Pamela, on the other hand, believed it was preferable if they remained coworkers, although Marcel disagreed. Will was able to get Ellis medicine in time and get his health back to normal. Maggie also relayed the happy news that her biopsy came out negative, and Will expressed his want for Stevie to stay. Stevie discovered that her mom needed to be alone in proving to herself that she could do it this time. As a result, Stevie paid Terri a visit and spent some time with her, congratulating her on her achievement. Meanwhile, Dr. Charles recognized he had emotions for Lonnie as well and told her about it.
