Kiki says he is a police officer and gives useful information about the killer. She talks about what he did, like how he would glue his victims’ eyes shut and beat them with a pipe.
Kiki agrees to help the cops and is put under witness protection because she wants to get off of her charges. She was about to tell them who the killer was when she was shot and killed, leaving the team without important information.
After looking into it, the team thinks it might be a police officer, but their search for the killer gets even tougher when they find out that the suspect, Frank Matson, has taken Voight hostage. As a lock-keeper, Matson has been listening in on his victims’ phone calls to pick out who to attack. As the team races against time to find Voight, they learn about Matson’s complex plan and find out where he is hiding to hurt Voight. The end of the show leaves us wondering what will happen to Voight.
