CSI: Vegas Season 3 Episode 2 Recap
In the most recent episode of CSI: Vegas, Josh Folsom breaks a lot of rules and has to deal with the repercussions. Internal Affairs is looking into what he did, which could cost him his job. At the same time, Josh is having a hard time with his relationship with Detective Serena because he knows that his legal problems could hurt their relationship.
Catherine Willow is interested in the case against Raphael Tarquenio because she thinks he is connected to a murder that happened five years ago. Even though there was proof against him, Catherine almost died in a car crash that erased all of it. Tarquenio is still up to no good because he is linked to Josh’s mother’s death. Catherine is set on stopping him and stopping the violence that keeps happening.
Catherine’s research leads her to find Nora Cross’s artificial leg. Nora Cross is said to have died in a scuba diving accident in Mexico. But there is no proof of her trip, which makes people think she may have died. Nora may have killed herself when she tried to kick Tarquenio’s daughter out of the school where she is the head.
It becomes clearer that Tarquenio is involved with the school, which makes the story more complicated. People think of him as an overbearing dad who tries to protect his daughter by any means necessary, even violence. The mystery gets more complicated when the new dean is killed. This makes Catherine and Beau think that Tarquenio’s building company, which did a lot of work on the school, is to blame.
And even though Tarquenio tries to hide his tracks, the CSI team finds proof that he killed Nora. They also know that Serena might have been put near the lab to spy on them, which could hurt her friendship with Josh.
The relationship between Josh and Serena is still uncertain at the end of the show. Josh needs time to think about it and decide if he can trust Serena. It’s still not clear what will happen with the investigation into Tarquenio or the safety of the people involved. This sets the stage for more exciting events on CSI: Vegas.
