It wasn’t long before Demon Slayer notified fans that the TV show’s plans were expanding into a new season, which implies the Swordsmith Village storyline is on the way. Season 3 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is officially in the works. The third season of the Demon Slayer anime TV series has been revealed, which was unavoidable given the show’s worldwide popularity. But when will the third season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba be released? Here’s (tvacute.com) everything you need to know about Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 3 – Swordsmith Village Arc.

Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 11 Recap

Those in Japan have just finished watching the finale, which ended with a little information. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is apparently eyeing a new season rather than a movie these days. The TV anime is working on its next arc, according to a teaser trailer, which means the Swordsmith Village is poised to make its big appearance!

If you’ve been following the manga, you’ll be well aware of the impending arc. The story follows Tanjiro as he travels out to get his sword repaired in the ninth arc of Demon Slayer. When he gets to the Swordsmith Village, he discovers that his normal contact has vanished, and Tanjiro’s further investigation leads him to meet two new hashira.

Mitsuki Kanroji, the love hashira, is the first. Tanjiro is sent on a quest to obtain a weapon worthy of his talent in the village, and she is joined by Genya Shinazugawa. The fighters, on the other hand, are constantly monitored. The Upper Moons are keeping a watch on Tanjiro these days, putting the entire hamlet in jeopardy as the story progresses.

Fans of Demon Slayer understood that when season two came to a close, the anime would handle the Swordsmith Village arc as soon as possible, but the question was how. When the first season of the show ended, it transitioned to the big screen by translating the Mugen Train arc into a film. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Mugen Train is the highest-grossing film in Japan to date, thanks to this decision. It would make sense for the anime to continue its TV-to-film transition, but that will not be the case in season three. This time around, the show will air two seasons, so all we need to know is when the new season will premiere.

(Demon Slayer) Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 3 Release Date

Summer 2023 is the most likely release date for Season 3. As of the most recent update, Shueisha, Aniplex, Ufotable, or any other company involved in the anime’s development had not officially confirmed the release date of Demon Slayer Season 3, nor had a release year or time frame been declared. The third season, however, will begin production on February 13, 2022.

Given that the animation company has maintained a pretty consistent release schedule over the last few years, it’s safe to assume that the studio hasn’t been affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic, which has some productions back to schedule. As a result, the Demon Slayer Season 3: Swordsmith Village TV anime is expected to premiere in the second half of 2023, allowing for a realistic production schedule. Animehype, an anime news leaker, also claims the same. “No, there will be a 1.5-year break from broadcast,” Animehype said when asked if the third season would be released later in 2022. That implies Summer 2023.

After the characters hugged it out (rather than having a demon meeting), the after-credits merely showed a black screen that read, “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc The End.” Furthermore, it has been announced that fresh information concerning the Demon Slayer series (as well as the Haikyuu!! series) will be released in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine issue on February 20, 2022. The magazine announcement will very certainly be related to the Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc anime. The English dub release date for The Demon Slayer: Entertainment District has yet to be revealed.

Anime lovers will have to wait till the release of Demon Slayer Season 3 to find out what happens next. Keep an eye out! What are your thoughts on this major announcement? Are you looking forward to seeing this arc on television? Let us know what you think in the comments area below.
