FBI: International Season 1 Episode 10 Recap
Agent Forrester’s dog is improving. he’s crooked It was too early to know what they found during surgery, so Forrester felt ready to go back to work. But his agent, Kellet, had a new issue. Her sharing a cab with a murder suspect was exceedingly suspicious. She later said the suspect had been eliminated. Her father confessed to the crime and she was asked why. The investigator told her her role in the matter was being investigated. a powerful one. Someone in Kellet’s life thinks her acts in Prague were illegal. It’s being looked into. Forrester was unaware. When he arrived at the office, a Europol agent notified him of the internal probe. Forrester would have asked Kellet about it, but someone from Ireland called and asked for Kellet.
Kellet develops assets around Europe. The robbery and murder of Liam Walsh. He claims innocence. By providing intelligence about an organization moving guns into Europe, he could earn a lighter sentence from Kellet. Watlh provided them a place The FBI and the Belfast police armed response squad proceeded to this place and walked into a burning building. Belfast cops assumed it was a ruse. Involvement of the FBI and American intervention angered them because they thought it would exonerate Walsh for killing an officer. Kellet was one of the few who defend Walsh. She felt the knowledge he had is too vital to jeopardize, so they made Walsh reveal it. He didn’t say much. He hid some details regarding his friend’s ex-IRA stepfather. Even though the war is formally over, the tensions continue in Northern Ireland. Walsh indicated certain diehards who are in control of the gun smuggling, but it was a falsehood. Walsh was neck-deep in it. Kellet’s ex-wife understood the divorce was a sham. They divorced in case the IRA failed. The divorce would protect the ex-wife. When Kellet and Forrester went to question the ex-wife, she was planning on running with her daughter.
Neither agent stopped Walsh’s family from departing. They knew Walsh was taking chances, but it didn’t matter as long as his family was protected. They still wanted Walsh to find the smuggling ring. They took a video of the shooting while waiting for Walsh and his friends to act. He was pure. His companion drew his firearm after the cops did, and the officer who died did so only because her partner was a coward. This is the same person that jumped when he spotted Walsh and his companion armed. This frightened his spouse. She drew her gun. He drew his. They dragged each other out as the partner hid behind a car. In order to help them with the gun-smuggling, Liam requested Walsh for something else. Kellet was to protect his family. She got the Northern Irish police to back off so she could go along with Walsh to pick up his family.
They reassured his daughter. Kellet then drove around before revealing his family will be alright. They busted the gun smuggling gang as she was driving. She waited until after the arrests to notify him so he would still chose the right thing, which he did. Walsh showed he wasn’t fully committed. He was only doing it for money and was therefore arrested, but he will likely be released in a few years. His family was now secure. And Kellet was interrogated at home. But Forrester claimed to be her alibi and said that photo of Kellet wasn’t her. She didn’t appreciate him lying to her. She subsequently informed him she wanted a break from him to sort things out.
