FBI: International Episode 20 Recap
Jaeger has two more weeks on the job. She’d been dismissed. But then something strange occurred. Both the American ambassadors to Hungary and Germany contacted Special Agent Scott Forrester to ask him to take on a case. They wanted him to learn the truth about Thomas Watts’ death. An American student attending university in Germany Thomas was discovered unconscious in his apartment. Because Thomas was the nineteen-year-old son of millionaire Gabriel Watts, his presence was significant. Watts was curious as to what had happened to his son. Thomas had taken too much fentanyl. Berlin police denied an issue. The detective said it was an American issue. Forrester and his staff spoke to the detective before taking the case. They thought he lied about fentanyl. They investigated and contacted Watts.
Watts said his son was anti-money. He refused bodyguards. As an artist, he wanted simplicity. Only a flat was offered, and he didn’t live there. Just for display. Forrester went with Kellet to Thomas’ luxurious flat, which his parents hadn’t approved of. Watts had engaged a private detective service, and they discovered the place being trashed. Watts called every politician he knew to work for his son’s cause, but he thought he could handle the overdose by throwing all his resources into it. He contaminated the case. The FBI cautioned him. Watts handed over Thomas’ laptop and phone after they promised answers. Forrester quickly found Thomas’s last-seen girlfriend. That night he took drugs and threw a party. Girl alleged Thomas offered narcotics. She took only one tablet. He took a few. The girl said taking the pills was his idea. He continued after she departed. The parents were so upset that they requested that everything be handled by their own corporation from now on. Forrester was not pleased about this.
He stated that he and his team would continue to investigate the case. They discovered the drug supplier. They called the deliveryman. German police phoned Watt’s people. Watt’s guys and German police botched it. They almost destroyed any possibility of finding out who ran the Berlin drug trade. He stated that he and his team would continue to investigate the case. They discovered the drug supplier. They called the deliveryman. German police phoned Watt’s people. Watt’s guys and German police botched it. They almost destroyed any possibility of finding out who ran the Berlin drug trade. Forrester snapped at German police. His incompetence was their fault. When Chief Detective Honsel briefed Mark Levinson about an active investigation, he understood exactly what he was doing. For the past fifteen years, Levinson has worked for the Watts family. They investigated it. Levinson, was the one who purchased the medicines for Thomas. As a result, Levinson was to blame for his death. To console Thomas’s family, the team organised a private display of all of his works. They were doing so while Jaeger was gaining political capital from the case’s conclusion. She ensured that Smit was fired and that she was restored as Europol’s FBI liaison.
