CBS‘s FBI: MOST WANTED is back with another exciting episode of the hunt for justice. After a disturbing case involving poisonings that killed several people, the Fugitive Task Force is put in charge of another very serious investigation. A new case has been given to Remy Scott (Dylan McDermott) and his team, who barely have time to breathe.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM EPISODE 17 OF SEASON 6 OF FBI: MOST WANTED
FBI: MOST WANTED SEASON 6 EPISODE 17 is called “Gut Job” and it’s about a famous crime that makes the entertainment world shake. There is a well-known couple whose TV show is about remodeling homes. One day, the wife is found dead, and her husband is nowhere to be found. Somebody is on the run with secrets. Is the husband really guilty, or is there something else at play?
The team has to figure out as the investigation goes on whether this was a tragic case of domestic violence, a planned murder, or something even worse. Barnes (Roxy Sternberg), meanwhile, is at a turning point in her personal life, which makes her think again about her future in New York. Could this case be the last straw that makes her decide what she wants to do with her life? As always, fans can look forward to heart-pounding action, complex plots, and shocking turns that will keep them guessing until the very end.
The next episode will have a small connection to the main show, FBI. It’s not a big surprise that Alana De La Garza will play Isobel Castille again, since these shows have a history of blending into each other. The Fugitive Task Force will have more direction as they work on their latest case because she is there. After the crossover, there are more interesting stories to come. However, it’s also sad to know that this is the last season of FBI: Most Wanted. With the series finale on the horizon, each episode carries extra weight as we near the end of the show’s journey.

FBI: MOST WANTED SEASON 6 EPISODE 16 RECAP
In the last episode, “Poisoned Minds,” the Fugitive Task Force dealt with one of their scariest cases yet: a serial poisoner who seemed to have no connection to the people he was poisoning.
At the start of the episode, a mysterious poisoning killed several people, including a pregnant woman and a man who was remodeling his apartment. Sadly, both the pregnant woman and her baby did not make it. Since there were no clear links between the victims, the police in the area asked the FBI for help.
Remy Scott and his team worked hard to find something they all had in common. When they found out that all of the victims had been to St. Michael’s Hospital, they made a big discovery. The team figured out that the killer was probably someone who worked at the hospital because he wanted to see his victims suffer.
As the team looked into it more, they found a bottled water company called Dazzling Water. Their delivery van had water jugs that had been tampered with and were now contaminated with DMN, a poison that can’t be found. Since there was no cure, the victims died in agonizing pain. The poisoner, whose name is now Cormac McClure, sent a scary ransom note: he needed $10 million or he would keep killing people.
Cormac’s actions got worse when he put poison in a sports drink at a local basketball game and went after more people. He wasn’t just killing for money; he attacked people he thought were “too happy” out of anger and jealousy.
The FBI solved the case by looking at a key in his ransom message. Jason, Cormac’s teenage son, knew his dad’s unique way of encoding messages and reluctantly helped the police find him.
Jason went up to his dad and tried to stop him, but Cormac was already too far gone. As the FBI got closer, Cormac got into a shootout that killed several people. He was finally killed by federal agents, but the trouble wasn’t over yet. Still upset about the death of his father, Jason disappeared, which made people worry that he might carry on his father’s evil plan. Investigators worked hard to find him before he could do one last act of revenge.
Based on a hunch, the team followed Jason to an apartment complex that had turned down Cormac’s rental application the last time. Just as Jason was about to poison the water in the building, Ray Cannon (Edwin Hodge) stopped him. He used raw emotion to show Jason that he wasn’t his father and that he could still be saved. When Jason turned himself in, the police were able to arrest him.
At the same time, Remy (Dylan McDermott), a character in the show, did something unexpected in his personal life: he bought a dive bar. He got the idea for the project from a trip he took in Italy. He wanted to make something unique, different from the chaos he sees every day.
Keep an eye out for another exciting episode of FBI: MOST WANTED, as the team deals with one of the most well-known cases they’ve ever had.
