[Finale] Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Episode 10: Captain Pike will once more have to face his future.

This most recent Star Trek spinoff series’ first season comes to a close. It follows the exploits of the spaceship Enterprise around ten years before Captain Kirk assumed command in Star Trek: The Original Series.

The season finale of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, “A Quality of Mercy,” marks the end of the first season.  There will be some major time-travel in the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 1 finale and Captain Pike will encounter his future self. Throughout Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 1, the USS Enterprise’s captain has been preparing for the future. According to the synopsis, Pike will encounter his future self, who will caution him against interfering with his fate. Pike “thinks he’s found out how to escape his fate,” at the time of this meeting.  Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 1 has the potential to be the most amazing first season of any Star Trek series, with only a few hiccups along the way. Fans will therefore definitely have great expectations for the grand finale, and the possibility of a time-travel tale will only heighten their enthusiasm.
