The hit comedy show GHOSTS on CBS keeps exploring life, death, and everything in between with a supernatural heart and a quirky charm. Ghosts Season 4 Episode 19 will air on April 17, 2025 (8:31-9:01 PM, ET/PT). “Ghosts” premieres on CBS on Thursday. Each episode will premiere on Paramount+ on Thursday. (at 8 pm on NewsChannel5.) the same day it airs on CBS. The CBS All Access app has been renamed Paramount+, and you can now watch new episodes of “Ghosts” with Live TV the day after they premiere on Hulu.

Sasappis (played by Román Zaragoza) finally took a bold step in his romantic journey. Initially still yearning for Shiki, Sas risked his ghostly form by entering the ghost trap box to try and find her. But before reaching the other side, he started forming a surprisingly sincere bond with Joan, the spirited 1940s screenwriter ghost portrayed by Taylor Ortega. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding led Sas to believe Joan was into Pete (Richie Moriarty) — prompting him to emotionally shut down and follow through with his dangerous plan.
Enter Thor (Devan Chandler Long), who literally zapped himself into the box with Sas to save him. Joan eventually returned, setting the record straight with an old-Hollywood declaration: she told Sas to kiss her already. And he did.
Sas and Joan’s kiss marks a huge moment for Sas, who has long been portrayed as awkward and inexperienced in love. The episode added emotional depth to his character and introduced a new layer to the show’s ongoing exploration of ghostly relationships. But now that Joan is in the picture—fans are eager to see whether their romance will flourish or falter.
