Callie and Mariana discover from Katie’s social-media accounts that Katie has a non-public account. Kathleen is impressed by the work and tells them to keep it up. The sisters’ next move is to get Katie to accept their follower request on the account. The love triangle between Gael, Callie, and Isabella (Priscilla Quintana) gets even more complicated.
