In Gossip Girl Episode 4, Zoya celebrates her birthday but lacks enthusiasm as her mother died while giving birth to her. Gossip Girl posts about Zoya’s birthday and Obie (Eli Brown) at school makes it a romantic gesture. Kate (Tavi Gevinson) can’t concentrate for a magazine because of the pressure of being Gossip Girl. She allows teachers to handle it. Luna manipulates and cheats on Zoya and Julian. Julian organizes a party that night. Zoya senses that Julian (Jordan Alexander) is attacking her and talks to Kate about it. Inspired by his advice, Zoya plans vengeance. In doing so, Zoya enlists the help of Milo Sparks (Georgina Sparks’ son in the original series).
Before the party, Zoya’s father learns that Julian and Zoya are having a fight and he forces them to organize a joint party. Max’s father’s marriage is on the verge of breaking up which is why he is acting, and Rafa advises him to put their acting together. Julian shares a disturbing footage of an incident in Zoya’s hometown at the party in which she was expelled from her school. Julian learns that Zoya is hurt by the incident and decides to reconcile her sister. At the party, Aki and Audrey openly discuss the differences that led to their mutual deception. Aki admits that he has not discovered his sexuality, and Audrey (Emily Alyn Lind) promises to help him. Max and Rafa finally get together, Kate completes her submission, and Zoya and Julian form a bond.
