It’s a sad look at Junior (Marcus Scribner)’s last few days of college at Cal U. The episode focuses on what happens after Junior’s breakup with Annika (Justine Skye), showing how he gets so focused on his work that he loses touch with his friends who could have helped him through this tough time.

In the most recent episode of Grown-ish, Junior is ready to start over after breaking up with Annika. He decides to become an entertainment manager and gets his first big client, but he loses them in the next show. Junior goes to his father Dre (special guest star Anthony Anderson) for support because he wants to feel good about himself. But Dre gives him tough love and tells him not to get in over his head.

Kiela, Zaara, and Lauren are upset that they are being used as a punching bag in their friends’ drama. Kiela makes a funny joke about how she thought divorce would be more fun.
Aaron thinks about his relationship with Edie again. Aaron thinks that enough is enough when Edie flakes on him to grade some papers. He writes her a text message suggesting that they end their deal. Aaron is angry about the situation, as shown by his message, which makes fun of them by suggesting they “clap cheeks” individually.
However, Edie calls Aaron for another booty call before he can send the message. Aaron is in a tough spot because of this sudden turn of events. Edie. A surprise booty call changes Aaron’s mind about ending his relationship with Edie after she cheats on him.
In this episode of Grown-ish, Sloane and Doug’s friendship comes to a fork. As their relationship grows, Sloane learns she needs to tell the truth about a big part of her life: she still lives with her ex-husband, even though they are no longer married. Even though Sloane and her ex-husband keep their rooms separate, Doug can’t handle this news.
Doug shows maturity and insight by ending his relationship with Sloane before things get worse. Doug made this choice because he knows how complicated relationships can be and wants to avoid problems in the future.
In a shocking turn of events in the most recent episode of Grown-ish, fans find out that Luca has changed his lifestyle and is now a raw vegan. There is a hint that Luca has changed what he eats in a casual comment that Kiela makes about her winter break. The picture of Luca throwing a Christmas ham out the window adds a funny and unexpected twist to the story, even though it may not seem like the most important reveal. Fans of the show can look forward to seeing how Luca’s new way of life affects his relationships and his quest to find himself in the last few episodes.
