(Season Finale) House of the Dragon Season 2 Episode 8 Preview

As we get closer to the end of HOUSE OF THE DRAGON Season 2, the excitement is palpable. Episode 8 is going to be the epic end to a season full of intense drama and high stakes.

Rhaenyra’s brave choice to face Addam of Hull, Seasmoke’s new rider, sets the stage for a very exciting fight. In the trailer, both Greens and Blacks are getting ready for the big battle. Armies are marching, ships are setting sail, and dragons are getting ready to fight.

This season has been full of fast-paced events. Rhaenys and Meleys’ deaths were terrible for the Blacks. Aemond’s injury to his brother King Aegon and his subsequent claim to the Iron Throne made things even more complicated. Alicent and Otto were kicked off the royal small council, which added to the power struggles. The fact that three new Targaryen jerks—Addam, Ulf, and Hugh—are able to ride dragons has made things even more complicated.

In the preview, Rhaenyra (played by Emma D’Arcy) is seen getting her new dragonriders ready, Daemon is getting his army ready, and Aemond wants to know if Helaena will join the battle on Dreamfyre. The fact that there are several dragons around suggests a fierce and fiery battle.

This Sunday at 9/8c, HBO will show the last episode of Season 2 of HOUSE OF THE DRAGON. As we wait for the last episode of the season, all eyes are on the conflict that is still going on. Will the Blacks make a big comeback or will the Greens keep their hold on power? The answers are not far away.
