As soon as Legacies season 4 finale comes to a close. it was inevitable that major events would occur. In Legacies season 4 episode 19 [penultimate episode] another individual died, none other than Aurora played by Rebecca Breeds.
Is Aurora dead in Legacies season 4 episode 19?
Aurora started fighting Hope (Danielle Rose Russell)in lieu of Ken, and she was armed with more than simply a god-forged sword capable of slaying a tribrid. She also carried her infinite baggage from her connection with Klaus, which she planned to bury his daughter. She adored Hope’s father Nicklaus Mikaelson, When she learned Hope didn’t want to kill her, she altered her mind. She spared her after the struggle, which led to Aurora eventually sacrificing herself to prevent Ken from killing her.
Aurora would have won right there if she’d done less yapping and more stabbing, but that’s not her way. This gave Hope the upper hand, but instead of killing Aurora. Hope’s lesson from Aurora’s death was to hold on to the good elements of herself and remember what she can do with her powers now and in the future.
At the end of the hour, Aurora was given a proper Viking funeral, with Lizzie delivering an exceedingly Lizzie eulogy: “Aurora was a kickass bitch. Our relationship was tumultuous, but she taught me that tumultuous does not equal broken.” The feelings toward her were conflicted but when the dust settled, she got a decent ending. After Aurora’s death, there was still some unfinished business, as another potential conflict loomed between Hope and the power-hungry God at the core of it all.
