Law and Order Season 22 Episode 4 will air on NBC on Thursday, October 13. Cosgrove and Shaw investigate a dead law student, uncovering extortion and deception. Price fights to dismiss bombshell testimony.
This was effectively illustrated in Law & Order Season 22 Episode 3 by a horrifying event that sparked a discussion on the death sentence. This episode was a perfect example. Price had the intention of obtaining justice for the people of New York, but in order to achieve so, did he compromise his ideals? The brutality that Price saw at the very end was very horrifying. Because he had been trying to assist one of the victims, his hands were covered in blood, which led the police to mistake him for the gunman. (read the recap below) Nolan coped with it by engaging in the one activity he was familiar with, which was to fight for justice; but, it is possible that he will develop PTSD in the future. Law and Order Season 22 Episode 4 Spoilers
The upcoming episode titled is “12 Seconds.” There will be an opportunity to gain some further insight into the personalities of the many people involved. For the record, I’m referring to Detective Frank Cosgrove. It is likely that one of his previous teachers will become involved in a case, and it is possible that through that connection, we may have the opportunity to gain further insight into the reasons why he is the way that he is. According to the synopsis; Cosgrove and Shaw put together the pieces of the puzzle to figure out what happened to a law student who was murdered, and in the process, they discover a network of blackmail and deceit.
But ADA Nolan Price attempts to have a particularly upsetting piece of testimony thrown out of the trial. This is especially true in regard to Nolan and the challenges that may arise in court. This seems to be a pretty standard case within the greater Law & Order world, at least in terms of the cast being hit with some major roadblocks and issues that they’ll need to untangle over the course of time.
