The judge refuses, but Wyatt has another ace up his sleeve: a tape proving his uncle sold narcotics to doctors despite knowing they would kill their victims. Price persuades McCoy to let him try the case against the uncle, despite his reservations. He tries to show that Charles was no different than a person with a weapon who shoots someone else because he knew he was selling narcotics and simply cared about making money. Meanwhile, as Wyatt relapses, Maroun must determine whether or not to breach the law in order to prepare him for his upcoming trial.
