Mashle: Magic and Muscles Episode 9 Recap
In Episode 9 of “Mashle: Magic and Muscles,” Lance Crown and Wirth Mádl finally clash. Wirth’s skills let him move through the ground, make clones, and present a challenge to Lance despite his usage of the Graviole spell. However, Wirth is caught off guard when Lance uses Graviole’s alternate form to destroy his monster. Soon later, Lance is able to vanquish the Magia Lupus member.
Meanwhile, Mash and Abyss Razor (Hiroki Nanami) are locked in battle, with Mash initially losing. After letting Abyss strike him in the stomach, Mash uses his tensed muscles to launch a counterattack that breaks the mask off of his opponent. Abyss has an odd eye that can disrupt magic, and Mash has noticed it. Abyss recounts his experience of ridicule and isolation as a result of his disfigured eye. He casts the Accelarise Secondth spell, absorbing Mash’s swiftness so that he can attack more quickly, and with greater force.
Mash stays cool under fire and punches the ground instead of confronting Abyss head-on. His blow shatters rocks, sending them hurtling in the direction of Abyss. Abyss’s force field is rendered worthless by a tremendous punch from Mash, and he is quickly defeated as a result. Abyss considers the potential for a different outcome in his tumultuous youth. Mash shows compassion by listening and then offering to be his friend. Abyss tries to alert Mash about Abel Walker’s invincibility, but Mash is unconcerned.
On Friday, June 16th, Episode 10 of Mashle: Magic and Muscles will be made available in the United States.
