Meet the New Cast Members of Hulu’s ‘Deli Boys’

‘Deli Boys,’ an upcoming comedy series on Hulu, has expanded its cast by nine people, including several well-known figures from the cinema and television industries. The Onyx Collective is making the show, which looks like it will be a new and funny look at family, crime, and identity.

Deli Boys Season 1: Meet the New Cast

Kevin Corrigan, who is known for his part in “Ray Donovan,” Alexandra Ruddy, who is from “City of Lies,” Tim Baltz, who is from “The Righteous Gemstones,” and Zainne Saleh, who is from “The Binge,” also joined the cast. Along with Asif Ali and Saagar Shaikh in the lead roles, they are part of a skilled group.

Two Pakistani-American brothers are the main characters of “Deli Boys.” When their successful convenience store owner father dies suddenly, the brothers are thrown into the world of crime while trying to figure out their father’s secret past.

Meet the New Cast Members of Hulu’s ‘Deli Boys’

Kevin Corrigan as Chickie Lozano: a Philadelphia crime boss who is out of touch and Italian American. Chickie Lozano is a big deal in the underground. She is both scary and charming.
Alexandra Ruddy as Agent Mercer: a woman FBI agent who isn’t part of the agency’s “boys club.” Because she wants to show herself, Agent Mercer is on a mission to make her mark in a field that is mostly men.
Tim Baltz as Director Simpson: The regional head of the FBI and Agent Mercer’s boss. He thinks of himself as an American hero.
Zainne Saleh as Bushra: She is Mir’s fiancée and acts like a Pakistani princess because she is smart and driven.
Sakina Jaffrey as Seema: Bushra’s mother, and she is a strong woman who thinks her daughter deserves better.
Amita Rao as Nandika: Into cosplay and Raj’s love interest, she works the front counter of her parents’ Indian restaurant.
Anish Jethmalani as Patika: He is a timid guy whose family owns a failing Indian restaurant.
Minita Gandhi as Latika: Patika’s wife who runs the restaurant and the show with her husband.
Geoffrey Arend as Ralph: He is the unstable “chef” of the Dar plot for cocaine.

“Deli Boys” is a half-hour comedy show with 10 episodes. It was written by Abdullah Saeed and worked on by Jenni Konner and Nora Silver. Along with Saeed, Konner, and Silver, Michelle Nader runs the show and is an executive director. As an executive producer and director, Nisha Ganatra is in charge of the pilot show. Vali Chandrasekaran is an executive producer who does not write stories.

As these new cast members bring their own special skills to the show, it’s sure to be funny, dramatic, and full of shocks. With a cast full of different and skilled people, “Deli Boys” looks like it will be a great comedy show.
