NCIS Season 20 will begin at full pace when it returns. The Season 19 finale of NCIS concluded on a menacing cliffhanger, as is customary. Agent Parker had been set up to commit a crime. He went into hiding with his squad, vowing to clear his name, despite the FBI being hot on his track. Unfortunately, Parker’s whereabouts weren’t solely sought after by the FBI. Parker’s ex-wife had returned to the picture and fled with him under blatantly shady circumstances. Then, in the final moments of the episode, she responded to a text by saying, “That’s it. I own him.” Fans now know that she is working with the famed Raven, who will be the season’s main antagonist. What will take place next? To discover out, we’ll have to dig a little deeper. Despite numerous cast changes throughout the years, NCIS has consistently had one of the best ensembles on television. Maria Bello, Emily Wickersham, and of course Mark Harmon, all left the show after the 19th season. However, Sean Murray, Wilmer Valderrama, Rocky Carroll, Diona Reasonover, Brian Dietzen, and David McCallum are all returning for Season 20 in their respective roles. Gary Cole will return to the role of Alden Parker, who was first introduced in the previous season, while Katrina Law will play Jessica Knight. In the Season 19 finale, Teri Polo played Vivian Kolchak; in Season 20, she will once again play the character. When will Mark Harmon be back on NCIS Season 20?
Undoubtedly, it is a possibility. Never rule out Leroy Jethro Gibbs, as showrunner Steven D. Binder just emphasized to Parade.com at PaleyFest what he said when Harmon first left. I don’t know what the future holds, but I wouldn’t rule anyone out, dead or living, from the program.
