NCIS Season 22 Episode 3 — Halloween-Themed Episode

“The Trouble with Hal” is the third episode of Season 22 of NCIS, and it takes place right before Halloween. In this episode, the team tackles mysterious case. There is a surprise party at a lieutenant’s house on the night before the holiday, but it’s for someone else. This strange event sends NCIS on an investigation that takes many unexpected turns.

Donna Mills plays Wanda Prescott, a guest star who collects antiques and is the widow of a billionaire investment expert. Her character adds a sophisticated air to the episode because the links between her past and present become important to the case. Wanda’s status as a wealthy widow makes the case more interesting, and her knowledge of old things could help NCIS solve the case.

From the beginning of the episode, the lieutenant is shocked to find the party, but soon becomes confused. He calls NCIS to find out why strangers are having a party in his house. The group, which is led by Alden Parker (Gary Cole) and includes Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and Jessica Knight (Katrina Law), starts to look into it and finds clues that make them think this isn’t just a party gone wrong.

Wanda Prescott becomes important when the team finds out how she is connected to what’s going on. Donna Mills is a veteran actress best known for her role as Abby Cunningham on the popular TV series KNOTS LANDING. NCIS Season 22 Episode 2 Recap

The second episode of NCIS Season 22 is called “Black Bird,” and it’s about Director Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll), who gets involved when his old friend General Arnold Vos (Corey Reynolds) calls him because his daughter Rebecca Vos has gone missing. Vance calls on the NCIS team to help because he feels personally responsible.

Fieldwork is done by Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and Jessica Knight (Katrina Law), who find out troubling details about Rebecca’s ties to The Black Bird, a secret network that deals in black market technology and espionage. As the team looks deeper, they find out that Rebecca may have been doing illegal things, which makes it harder to save her.

Alden Parker (Gary Cole) and Tim McGee (Sean Murray), meanwhile, work behind the scenes to find Rebecca. They read encrypted messages and put together clues to find her. Vance has a hard time dealing with his feelings for Vos and his guilt over the choices—he may have made that may have led Rebecca down a dangerous path.

As the story comes to a close, the team successfully frees Rebecca from The Black Bird’s grasp. The victory is bittersweet, though, because Rebecca says she joined the criminal group to keep her father safe from a bigger plot involving sensitive —military secrets. Vos is shocked to learn that his daughter made bad decisions.
