In the season finale of Night Court, the courtroom takes on a new role as the setting for a heartfelt celebration. People love Marsha Warfield‘s character Roz, but her wedding plans go wrong when the place she had planned falls through. Judge Abby Stone, played by Melissa Rauch, steps in and says that the courthouse would be a great option.
Dan Fielding, played by John Larroquette, meets up with his old friend Roz on her special day in “The Best Dan,” which looks like it will be a great episode. But things take a strange turn when Dan finds a link to a wedding guest from his past. This causes some funny and touching moments.

Abby and Jake, played by Ryan Hansen, also have a problem as they try to figure out how to be in a relationship while the wedding is going on. To make things even more crazy, Gurgs (Lacretta) thinks there is dirty play going on with the wedding plans and asks Olivia, Wyatt, and Flobert to help him look into it.
A lot of great guest stars are in this episode. Indira G. Wilson plays Loretta, Roz’s fiancée, Julia Duffy plays Susan, Gigi Rice plays Katie, and Kenneth Mosley plays Devin. With such a great group of people, the wedding party will be like no other.
