Nurse Joe is having a particularly difficult day. For his crush, Evie, his son must seem flawless. Joe, a rockstar, recognizes Zeke’s musical ability. He enjoyed his Tik-Tok video so much that he decided to record himself performing Zeke’s song as a duet. Nurse Joe brings Chris to Bobby’s therapy session with him. They tease Chris about his first crush, and it appears to work. Amy informs Cop Joe that she witnessed Uncle Frank enter the room to warn Bobby. She has a feeling he’s filthy. Jenny’s daughters show her Rockstar Joe and Zeke’s Tik-Tok video. It catches her off guard. She makes a phone call to Joe, demanding that he quit playing games with their life.

The squad of Rockstar Joe wants to perform a duet with Zeke at Amy’s rally. He refuses and storms out of the room. He eventually reveals the truth about Zeke to Eric. Uncle Frank tries to persuade Cop Joe to keep the Bobby Diaz tale a secret from Internal Affairs because Bobby kept something about Frank a secret for years. Bobby confronts Amy about her decision to go to the cops. Jenny persuades Cop Joe to follow in the footsteps of Uncle Frank and do the right thing. He shows her a photo of Bobby’s check for Carrie Coleman’s repayment. Joe finally tells Amy about Zeke and how the $100,000 was for him to get a ramp van. Chris persuades Bobby that if he can live a life in a wheelchair, he can be a congressman in one. Bobby reveals that he has Parkinson’s disease and that he intends to live. At the event, Joe performs his duet with Zeke on a cinema screen and then introduces Amy. Bobby is apprehended by Joe and Jenny, two cops. Uncle Frank pays a visit to Nurse Joe. He’s inebriated and unkempt. This rally will be attended by Wayne Coleman. Amy is assassinated. Bobby is no longer alive.
