In April of 2020, the first season of “Outer Banks” debuted and instantly gained a devoted fan base. As of July 2021, Season 2 had begun airing. It all begins in “Outer Banks” with “two tribes. One island” off the coast of North Carolina. The “Kooks” are the rich upper class, while the “Pogues” are the lower class protagonists. As Season 2 came to a close, viewers were shocked to learn that some of their favorite characters like John B.’s father were still alive while others had been left for dead on an island. Fans of the show “Outer Banks,” your long wait is nearly over. The first teaser trailer for Season 3 of the popular Netflix show was released on Thursday morning. The new trailer is included below.

The third season trailer for “Outer Banks” features John B.’s reunion with his father and the Pogues’ search for El Dorado’s lost treasure. The kids spend all of Season 3 on that island, which they’ve renamed “Poguelandia.” At first glance, the new residents’ new home seems ideal, with plenty of opportunities for fishing, swimming, and carefree life. The tale thickens, however, when the gang finds itself in yet another treasure hunt and chase to safety. That won’t stop a romance from developing, especially among the “Outer Banks” youth.
One of the most tantalizing glimpses of the upcoming season was a first-look photo of Kiara (Madison Bailey) and JJ (Rudy Pankow). The two best friends almost have their hands together in the photo, which was taken presumably back in OBX. Many fans have expressed their desire for a romantic relationship between them ever since the show’s inception.
The cast of “Outer Banks” consists of Stokes, Charles Esten, Drew Starkey, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss, Rudy Pankow, Carlacia Grant, and Charles Halford. The third season is executive produced by Jonas Pate, Josh Pate, and Shannon Burke. A new season of “Outer Banks” will finally be available on Netflix on February 23.
