Murphy (Perry Mattfeld) tries his best to find Jess (Brooke Markham) but finds nothing. When she hears the Thunder Bay bus, she remembers Felix (Morgan Krantz). she rides the bus there. But the bus will not reach on time. Murphy convinces Michael, a teenage gay boy, to steal his father’s car, and they take him to Thunder Bay. Michael also visits someone there. He is a terrible driver and smokes while driving so they cause an accident. Murphy’s license is lost at the gas station and goes to pick it up. Murphy wants to send her home, but Michael is ready to help her. But Michael’s mother does not allow him. On the other hand, Jess begs a man for help.

As it gets dark, Murphy and loyal seeing-eye dog Pretzels are left alone in a park. She breaks down and cries. She talks about Nia’s death. Jess is upset and follows her through the teddy bear tracker. Both meet Murphy tells her that he should have left her there to die. Jess rebukes Murphy, (It was all a dream.) She wakes up but nothing happens. Jess was taken to Josiah (Maurie Compte).
