Peter O’Fallon’s Stacks Begins Filming in Oklahoma City

Directed by Peter O’Fallon and written by Maureen Mahon, Stacks has officially begun filming in Oklahoma City, OK from September 1, 2024, to July 17, 2025. The movie is about a shy teen whose mother goes to jail after a car accident and leaves him to handle life in a small town by himself. As he looks for his missing father, he becomes famous in the area for how good he is at cooking—until his secret ingredient is revealed.

Directors Peter O’Fallon, who is known for his work on Mysterious Ways (NBC) and Legit (FX), are in charge of the movie. A Rumor of Angels (MGM) and Suicide Kings (Lionsgate) are just a few of the notable projects that O’Fallon has worked on in both TV and movies. His many years of experience directing pilots and executive producing TV shows mean that Stacks will be made with a strong sense of how to tell a good story.

Carter Armstrong, Michelle Arthur, Judd Cherry, Ben Richardson, and Tony Suraci are all on board as producers, and they will each bring a different set of skills to the project. The film has a better chance of becoming a classic because each producer brings a different set of skills to the table.

The script was written by Maureen Mahon, a skilled writer and producer from Los Angeles. Mahon has worked in business affairs at the Samuel Goldwyn Company and New Line Cinema. She has also worked as a lawyer at the small firm Gang, Tyre, Ramer & Brown. In her dramatic works, she often writes about complicated women who have to deal with dangerous situations. Mahon is also working on making her Piaf project into a multi-season show, which shows how versatile she is and how dedicated she is to telling powerful stories.

For Stacks, Gareth Taylor will be in charge of cinematography. His visual skills should give the movie a lively and interesting look. Wendy O’Brien will be in charge of casting the movie, making sure that the actors are talented and a good fit for their parts.
