POWER BOOK II: GHOST SEASON 4 EPISODE 5 PROMO: MID-SEASON FINALE PREVIEW

Power Book II_ Ghost Season 4 Episode 5 -compressed
POWER BOOK II: GHOST Season 4 Episode 4 was the most tense yet. The bad things Dru  (Lovell Adams-Gray) and Diana  (LaToya Tonodeo) did got them caught while they were on the run. Monet, Cane, and Tariq St. Patrick were all part of the hunt. Sad to say, Salim was hurt by Tariq’s deeds. Monet’s view changed when Janet told him that Diana was pregnant. That was the biggest surprise. Monet decided to forgive instead of getting even, especially after finding out that Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.) is the father of Diana’s child.
The mid-season finale, Episode 5 called “Ego Death”, is just around the corner, and it’s the last episode before a long break. It’s still not clear why the season was split up, but it looks like Starz wants to make the most of this last part.
Although there will be a break soon, Episode 5 looks like it will have some exciting scenes. Tariq is changing into his dad Ghost more. “You can’t stop me,” Michael Rainey Jr.’s character says in the trailer. “No one can.” This line makes me think of how sure Ghost was before his son killed him. Tariq’s journey has been dangerous, but he has always been able to stay alive. He thinks he can keep beating the odds, which is a big part of why he is still alive.
It’s not likely that the show would kill off the main character in the middle of the season. Some people might compare this to what happened to Ghost, but it’s important to remember that the people who made POWER knew the show was almost over. From what Michael Rainey Jr. and others have said, it sounds like they didn’t know this was the last season while they were shooting it. It’s not likely that Tariq will be killed now.
Watch the Episode 5 teaser to get a better idea of what’s to come. Things are very tense, and a lot is at stake. Every choice Tariq makes is more important as he becomes more like his father.

POWER BOOK II: GHOST keeps up the intense action and surprising turns. The journey isn’t over yet, and the next part looks like it will be just as exciting as the mid-season end.
