In the previous episode 7 titled “El Zorro en La Gallinera” of Queen of the South season 5, Teresa was busy celebrating the breaking ground on the waterfront property. Castel (Martha Higareda) does not attend the party because she does not want to do business with Teresa in Europe. Marcel is freed from prison due to Kelly Anne’s new lawyers. Reggie tries to share his business. Marcel kills Reggie. Boaz and his crew try to take Teresa out but she and James have to flee. Meanwhile, Taza and her two men are killed.
Boaz tells Teresa that he killed George. Boaz threatens, coming for them all he cares about. Which includes Pote and Kelly Anne. James asks Teresa to leave the country but she refuses. Pote and Kelly Anne are thrilled as they get their baby’s first ultrasound done. Meanwhile, a message is received from Teresa on the phone. That Boaz is coming. Finally, Kelly Anne is missing. Boaz has kidnapped her.
