Riverdale Season 7 Episode 11 Recap
Sheriff Keller hears about Jughead’s belief that there is a murderous milkman in town, and it convinces him. However, in order to revive the case, the sheriff requires the testimony of an eyewitness. In reaction, Jughead empties his milk bottles, displaying his increasing paranoia. Since Veronica (Camila Mendes) is unaware that Riverdale does not observe Halloween because of a tragic car crash that killed numerous teenagers in the past, she comes at school dressed as a witch on Halloween night. Veronica misses the LA celebrations of the Day of the Dead that her family used to hold every year.
When Jughead sees students sipping milk in the student lounge, his obsession with the milkman grows. This worries him, so he recommends that everyone quit drinking milk. He gets in touch with Ethel in the hopes of linking the milkman killings to her parents. Ethel suggests contacting the creator of the murderous milkman comic for further information. While helping Reggie repair his automobile, Betty’s amorous feelings get confused as she daydreams about Archie and Reggie. She opens up to Veronica about her feelings for both boys and asks for guidance in handling them. Betty (Lili Reinhart) may be able to gain some insight into her sentiments this Halloween, Veronica proposes.
Veronica, Kevin, and Clay are organizing a ghost show for the Babylonium. They invite all the students at Riverdale High and plan to put on a scary but fun event. On the other hand, Alice has some reservations about the event after seeing it in person. To make the most of Halloween, Cheryl suggests throwing a party with Toni, Kevin, and Clay. Meanwhile, Frank warns the Bulldogs not to get too crazy on the holiday. Fangs had planned to go to the Halloween party in the Babylonium, but Julian convinced the Bulldogs to take part in a prank with him.
Betty chooses to tell Veronica the truth about her relationship with Archie and her emotions for Reggie (Charles Melton). Veronica tells her to use the holiday to figure out who her real crush is. Penelope cautions Cheryl to be mature and sensible on Halloween. Jughead (Cole Sprouse) is caught off guard when Ethel shows just as emotions are rising. She ran away from the monastery and is now on the run from the authorities and the nuns. Jughead suggests that she stay at Mr. Rayberry’s. While this is going on, Cheryl and Midge decide to go to the ghost show together in order to finally be honest with one another.
Betty is giving off love vibes, so Archie (K.J. Apa) and Reggie talk it over and make a deal: whichever person she selects, they’ll back off. Jughead and Ethel seize the opportunity presented by Pep Comics’ Halloween party to learn more about the history of the milkman comics. On Halloween, Betty, Archie, and Reggie do a variety of things, including going to the graveyard. When Julian and his friends drive by, interrupting Betty and Reggie’s growing closeness, tensions rise. Later, they find a ghostly mansion replete with gruesome murder remains. Reggie sees that Betty and Archie have chemistry and decides to avoid them.

When Ethel finds the scary milkman waiting in Mr. Rayberry’s apartment, she fatally stabs him, turning the episode on its head.
