As Season 5 came to a close, the elite Navy SEAL team traveled to Mali to apprehend an SGS member who was rising up the ranks but was ambushed while on the ground. SEAL Team Season 6 Trailer

A trailer for the upcoming season of the military drama series SEAL Team was released by Paramount+ on August 19. Season 6 will pick off immediately after the epic Season 5 conclusion when the Bravo squad was ambushed in Mali. The aftermath is now shown in the trailer, and Clay’s situation definitely does not look good.  Now that the battle for their lives is finally over, we can find out what happened and who survived. But one thing is certain: None of them survived the RPG ambush. Clay tells Jason at the hospital, “If this is how I go, you’re the one I want watching over me.” Meanwhile, Bravo 1 takes the blame: “I made a stupid call. I’m the reason Clay is battling for his life right now.

Thieriot is also acting in a new CBS drama called “Fire Country,” which is based on the actor’s experiences growing up around wildfire fighters in Northern California, thus Clay’s fate was a major unknown. It appears that the two show’s producers collaborated to find a way for Thieriot to appear on both.

SEAL Team stars David Boreanaz, Max Thieriot, Neil Brown, Jr., AJ Buckley, Toni Truck,s and Raffi Barsoumian. The military drama that follows the professional and personal lives of the most elite unit of Navy SEALs as they train, plan and execute the most dangerous, high-stakes missions our country can ask of them.

Jason Hayes (Boreanaz) is the respected, intense leader of the Tier One team, whose home life has suffered as a result of his extensive warrior existence. His team includes his trusted confidant, Ray Perry (Brown, Jr.), the longest-tenured operator with whom Jason shares an ingrained shorthand; Sonny Quinn (Buckley), an exceptional, loyal soldier with a checkered past who still combats self-destructive tendencies; Clay Spenser (Thieriot), a young, multilingual second-generation SEAL with insatiable drive and dedication; and Omar Hamza (Barsoumian), a senior chief with fifteen years of experience as a SEAL, the son of Syrian immigrants with deep understanding of the Middle East. Vital to the team’s success is Lieutenant Lisa Davis (Trucks), a no-nonsense, take-charge officer.

Seal Team debuted on CBS in September 2017 and was created by Emmy nominee Benjamin Cavell (Homeland, Justified). For four seasons, the show aired on the broadcast network before being transferred to Paramount+. The viewership didn’t suffer as a result of the shift, and the show was most recently renewed. Nicole Clemens, president of Paramount+ Original Scripted Series, described SEAL Team as a “high-performing title” that “consistently ranks in the top 10 most-watched original series” earlier this year. The Bravo team may embark on many more trips if the program maintains its momentum.
