In this week’s episode of New Amsterdam, Iggy (Tyler Labine) is very ill, and he tells his former patient, Chance (Luke Slattery) the truth about Tobias’s death. Her husband, Martin (Mike Doyle), returns to check Iggy. Iggy gives Martin the signal (9-1-1). He keeps Chance engrossed in his talk. Finally, after Chance runs out, the police catch him. On the other hand, Dr. Max Goodwin (Ryan Eggold) is concerned for Luna and makes a difficult decision for her, and shares with Dr. Helen (Freema Agyeman) that he will go to court to get his little daughter Luna (Opal Clow). This week’s episode sets the stage for the finale of Season 3, which is going to air next week, titled “Death Begins In Radiology,” which is going to be a completely different episode. Perhaps this episode will leave us on a cliffhanger as the series has already been renewed for seasons 4 and 5.
