She is now a killer, Then she runs away, throws away her clothing, and smokes. After Felix has picked her up, the two of them continue their journey into the sunset.
It was an emotionally and artistically beautiful hour. Even after everything, Josh, the police, and other supposedly important people never learned that Jess actually shot Nia rather than Murphy. It was strange that Gene and Sarah didn’t even actually show up. But It was a comfort that Darnell survived the conclusion and that nothing negative came from Sarah’s cocky remark to Trey.
