“When the Party’s Over” is the title of the 15th episode of the fifth season of Station 19. It will be a difficult episode. Indeed, it may be one of the most difficult for Andy Herrera. In episode 14, Andy meets a new guy, Jeremy, at the bar. They flirt and have fun. A sweet start ends with a disastrous quarrel. He pushes her into a wall. Andy fights back, slamming him in the throat, and Jeremy collapses and screams for help. According to the promo, the firefighters find Jeremy and rush him to the hospital. He is treated, it remains to be seen whether he survives or not. A couple of guest stars will appear in Episode 15. Teddy Altman is played by Kim Raver, Taryn Helm is played by Jaicy Elliot, and Sean Beckett is played by Josh Randall.

The episode begins with Station 23 saying goodbye. Natasha says she’ll attempt to have Andy transferred to 19, but she can’t guarantee it. The squad goes to the pub to lament after saying their goodbyes at the station. Andy soothes Theo, who is sad because his house is being demolished. She tells Theo about her conversation with Chief Ross as she continues to drink a tequila shot. Andy meets a new person named Jeremy (Daniel Di Tomasso) at the pub. He’s Maddox’s friend, and he’s keeping an eye on Andy’s drinking habits. Jeremy stays to finish his drink with Andy when the firefighters from Station 23 leave her alone at the bar. Fire Chief Ross confronts Captain Sean Beckett about drinking on the job. She administers an unannounced drug and alcohol test to him, but he is not permitted to leave his office until the results are received. Maya is noticeably displeased when Chief Ross assigns Sullivan as acting captain of 19 for the rest of the shift.
The station responds to a call about a car fire in a plugged-in Hybrid vehicle. A terrified mother is stopped from racing toward the fire by the firefighters. She hurried into the grocery shop, leaving her children in the car. Despite the fact that they are supposed to be on fire attack, Ben and Maya look for the missing children. Fortunately, they locate the two children; however, the automobile explodes, knocking everyone to the ground. Following the fire, Maya chastises Sullivan for assuming the captaincy so lightly. Fortunately, Jack offers her some motivation. Meanwhile, Maya (Danielle Savre) and Carina (Stefania Spampinato) discuss the possibility of Jack (Grey Damon) becoming a sperm donor. Ben tells Vic (Doss Barrett) that Dean Miller’s (Okieriete Onaodowan) parents want to give Ben (Jason George) and Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) full custody. but he would have to leave his firefighting profession.
Travis (Jay Hayden) gets invited to supper with Emmett’s parents. Emmett’s mother calls him by the wrong name. Emmett’s father (Pat Healy) is constantly complaining about the LGBTQ community. A yelling match ensues between Travis and Emmett’s father. Travis, on the other hand, quickly notes Emmett’s lack of confrontation with his family. Emmett later reveals that they are both aware that they should not be together. Emmett is traveling to Florence to pursue an art program. Andy and Jeremy flirt and return more shots. they walk out of the bar, both falling. She asks for his phone number but declines. He calls her a b*tch before attempting to push her into a wall. Andy fights back, slamming him in the throat, and Jeremy collapses. He screams for help as he tries to take a breath.
