Jack continues to spiral. He has hallucinations of Rigo because Ava uses drugs and forces him to do so as well. After a long shift with Bishop, Sullivan is traveling to Oregon to meet his online girlfriend. Beckett is excited about Halloween. He plays a practical joke by pouring fake blood on Maya. Eli enters the fire station with the intention of managing Travis’ campaign. He makes a convincing argument. Maya refuses to listen when Theo tries to talk to her about burning out. While they are treating a patient after a minor incident in a Halloween corn maze, two individuals set a fire in the corn maze. Eva labels Jack a loser and a sick person when he admits to seeing Rigo. Sullivan is enraged by the need to conceal things.
According to a mom, her son and husband are trapped in the on-fire corn maze. Maya disobeys instructions by climbing the Ferris wheel. During Jack’s pity party, Rigo tries to reason with him. When the generator fails, Bishop nearly falls off the ferris wheel, but she helps them save a person. She then jumps off, twists her ankle, and goes looking for other people. She nearly perishes as the fire worsens and others battle to save the father and boy from her, but everything works out fine. Theo rips Beckett and Maya for their actions and how dangerous the situation was. Because Maya has been working too hard, Beckett ultimately instructs her to leave the shift. Maya ultimately apologizes to Carina and says she will return home to sleep. Jack arrives at the police station. His desire is to see Prue. Andy and Vic want to implement a program to inspire female firefighters. To frighten Beckett, Warren appears to be suffering a seizure. Maya sobs while bathing.
