With a significant investor meeting and the launch of Living + approaching, Shiv joins Kendall and Roman at Waystar Studios in Los Angeles. With such a volatile attitude, Kendall worries if they can still endorse a deal, but Gerri seems unconcerned. Shiv informs her brothers that she is fully aware of what they are doing once the others have left. Kendall acknowledges it, but claims they were only acting to keep her safe. He believes they could still acquire Pierce and maintain Waystar. Shiv’s expression appears unaffected as he and Roman pull her in for another three-way hug. She admits to scheduling time to grieve ever since Logan’s death when Tom finds her sobbing in a conference room. He is also drawn in by her for a kiss.

Roman departs for a meeting with Joy, a producer at Waystar Studios. She expresses alarm about ATN’s rightward lean and how comfortable they are with Mencken while he claims he only wants to get the hit machine going. When she emphasizes that the entertainment industry has values, Roman dismisses her assertion and says Mencken is just intellectual property, like anything else. He acknowledges that he is not his father. Roman abruptly dismisses Joy and leaves their meeting. He believes he can accomplish this by promoting Living Plus as a means of preventing death. Roman responds to Gerri’s question about terminating Joy by suggesting they simply transfer her to another department. Gerri claims that Joy has many influential friends. Roman claims that his father would have acted in the same way, but Gerri corrects him by saying, “You’re not your father. She is confronted by a wounded Roman who says, “You don’t treat me with enough respect.” So maybe I’ll let you go as well. She notices that he is pondering not selling and tells him that technology is on the way. We’re done. However, he is adamant about firing her, even telling her to handle the paperwork on her own. However, he is in a tailspin and sheepishly tells Kendall that he fired Joy and Gerri. At first, Kendall is surprised, but he later realizes that the bold new CEOs getting rid of all the old dead weight is a good thing.
Apparently, Shiv and Tom had an intimate encounter, and after they got dressed, she asked him what he thought of Lukas. He chuckles that she’s still giving you a lot of possibilities. He cuddles up to her and declares his desire for her return, but she ignores him. She wouldn’t accompany him to a trailer park, he acknowledges, adding that he has always sought money. She asserts that she would follow him wherever. though they quickly laugh at what a silly idea that is. While Greg coerces a hesitant video editor to change Logan’s video so that he claims that Living + will “double the earnings” of the parks division, Kendall persuades the company’s advisor to inflate the projections on paper.
She approaches Roman and confides in him that Kendall worries her since he isn’t thrilled with the mock house they made for his pitch, and Lukas informs Shiv. She considers whether to end the project after observing how exaggeratedly he has inflated the estimates. Because of this, on the day of the presentation, when Kendall shows up to the launch wearing a flight jacket, Roman questions him privately if they shouldn’t delay the launch. But Kendall insists, and she persuades Roman to proceed. Karl stops him as well, questioning the exaggerated numbers and warning him not to say anything on stage that would endanger Karl.

He again refers to the Logan video where the huge guy claims that Living Plus will double earnings. After that, Kendall becomes grave: He attempts to hold back tears, and unexpectedly positive online buzz results.
By tweeting a German term that alludes to the Holocaust, Lukas Matsson, however, throws a monkey wrench into the presentation. When a reporter inquires about it fast, Kendall takes a moment to comprehend it before expressing regret for Lukas. The financial experts are all quite pleased with Kendall’s proposal, his team tells him as he delivers the microphone to Tom and leaves the stage to loud applause. Lukas took down the tweet. Roman receives a message from Kendall with a modified video of Logan mocking him while he is driving home. Roman initially chuckles at it, but it appears that he keeps playing it repeatedly just so he can hear his father’s voice. While Shiv and Tom keep the flirtatious vibes flowing at their election night party, Kendall celebrates his victory by strolling along the beach alone, taking off his shirt, and diving headfirst into the waves.
