Susan quizzes Luke on their latest. He’s more pleased by her upcoming lifetime success.Phil is on the phone with Anthony about meatloaf.They’re wrapping up their Roadie case. They researched the Jackson House for two weeks. The Roadie is a demon who jumps from body to body looking for a new host. Roadies can take control if the Jacksons stay long enough. The breach alarm goes off, drenching them in red light. They’re stuck till they figure out who’s the host. Susan is the one who complains and is looked at first. The host never knows until the host is left.Mary Kay and Ashley were the killers. Schroedinger is August’s cat.Luke texts Megan to say he’ll be late.
Susan is nervous because tomorrow is her night and she has personal stuff to do. Exfoliation. He doesn’t want her accepting when a Roadie appears.Everyone is complaining about being late, and August has a bad feeling.The food is here, but the elevator is broken. Susan must call since he adores her. August must leave the room, and Zooey follows. He sneers at her when she admits she doesn’t comprehend most of his gadgets. He grabs a weapon and closes the door, his black eyes grinning.
Zooey is also having a tough talk with her boyfriend. He’s leaving her. Then she’s roughly yanked away before August warns Luke they have an issue. He says they need to find a food processor’s blades after a body sensation. August blunted the demon’s focus, but he fears he’s done to her what those lads did to Jackson.Everyone looks for Zooey, but she’s on Luke’s laptop looking at houses.Zooey, like Auggie, returns. She has no memory of speaking with Jeffrey.The media identified a link between a year ago and the Jacksons’ trauma. They were both Roman Agency customers.
Luke dreams about dancing with his mother. Megan appears with the food processor.It turns out the security guard had a key, so she’s back with them.August and Zooey are back together, discussing Zooey’s time, which isn’t spectacular. And she took August’s needy remark to heart.Luke has always had this mystical connection. His proximity allows him to see and hear them at times. He didn’t listen closely enough at Travis’ house, and he’s not sorry.Susan sighs. Now she’ll be stigmatised. She compares him to the wrecked properties they’re attempting to market.Susan thinks Megan should buy lottery tickets because she’s so lucky to have met Luke.In the meantime, Susan drew the lucky card. She’s on a rampage!
The demon forces the host to speak.August sucks it out with a gadget when Luke grabs Susan.Zooey wants everyone to remember how rude they were to each other.Since they’ve been through so much, Susan says they don’t need to go to the Platinum Ring of Esteem Awards. But, as they all sulk over her, you know they’re coming.A snob at the awards sneers at Susan for bringing her mother. Her ex-husband offers to talk to Susan about how lonely she is.It will disgrace her and everyone around her if she mentions her present agency and gang.The Roman Agency posse enters the room just as the awards ceremony begins.Susan gives a great speech while Zooey drinks from the bottle. She’s lonely, and The Roman Group may be her only friends. But there’s a catch. Megan twitches.Susan exits the stage and sees Bob’s table on fire.The adoption agency chose Phil and Anthony to be parents.Phil has a bad feeling about last night.Luke’s coat rocks.Susan wonders what they’ll do after that news storey kills them.Susan says she constantly wants to be liked, and Luke replies he likes her even on her worst days. Megan wants to go home alone, so she calls an uber. She’s possessed, he’s stunned.
