Swat discovered that the three victims of the shooting were members of the hospital board that had denied Fred’s son Isaac’s kidney transplant. Meanwhile, Jim became deeply involved in the case since one of the injured victims, a priest, was a close friend of his. Meanwhile, Deacon had to rush to her daughter’s school to pick her up after his wife Annie forgot to do so and her phone was also out of service. She had forgotten because she was engrossed in her work, and her battery had also expired, for which she apologized. However, this enraged Deacon and they subsequently got into an argument. When it came to the case, the team discovered that Fred was now pursuing an insurance company that had refused to fund his child’s kidney transplant, but they were able to save everyone.
This also informed them that Fred was able to secure a donor on the underground market. Hondo, on the other hand, met with Raymond, who had grown up to be a prosperous young man who had started a business. Since he heard that Saint was investing in his idea, Hondo persuaded Raymond to wait a while till he finds another investor for his startup. SWAT came where he was holding the doctor and tried to divert his attention away from the fact that he was holding a wire that would kill the doctor as well if they shot Fred. So Hondo devised a strategy, and they placed him in a position where Hondo and Jim could jump him, saving both the doctor and Fred. In the end, Hondo was unable to find an investor for Raymond, and he decided to close the deal with Saint. While Deacon apologized and made amends with his wife.
