Our Big Leap queen Gabby is ready for vengeance, to Nick’s delight and advantage. Gabby goes all-in on creating drama to get back at the lady she thought she was becoming good friends with after Brittney revealed the name of Sam’s father on live TV, and Gabby and Nick’s team-up is everything you’d expect. Reggie is still trying to restore his football career, which involves schmoozing his previous coach in order to regain their favor.

The Big Leap Episode 7 Synopsis: After the shocking reveal on the premiere night after-show, Gabby works with Nick to try to get revenge and create some drama for the show. Reggie tries to get back in with his former coach, so that he can have another shot at playing in the NFL, and Monica visits a shaman. Meanwhile, Paula gets some concerning news about her health, causing her to distance herself from the others, and Simon and Justin try to navigate their relationship.

The Big Leap Episode 6 Recap

It begins with Simon and Brittney getting ready for a performance, with their mother encouraging them. They come in second, which isn’t good enough for their mother, who chastises them. Brittney and Gabby dance together and choose a tune for a package performance. Justin and Simon practice together and kiss when the sexual tension between them gets too great. Brittney and Simon’s mother intervenes, reminding the twins that they are a package deal. Tonya wants Brittney to keep “bagging” Reggie because he’s an NFL player, and she wants Simon and Justin to quit fighting. Despite the objections of his staff, Zack asks Nick to make the aftershow life. Reggie tells Mike and his pals about the note Gabby received and how he never received a response. Paula tries to assist Julia is getting her children to the premiere. J accepts Aly’s invitation to host. She does, however, leave. Gabby invites Brittney to her house for pizza night. Tonya tries to persuade Nick to give the twins more TV time.

Monica and Wayne must prepare all of the participants for their first live appearance in front of the cameras. Simon is avoiding Justin and lowering the intensity of their kiss. When Brittney visits Gabby’s house, they realize they have things in common and bond. Brittney talks about some of the unpleasant memories she has as a result of her mother’s poor actions. Joel informs Mike that Paige is expecting a child, and he encourages him to put his differences aside and focus on Paula. Brittney discovers Reggie’s letter to Gabby and departs. Brittney informs her mother about Reggie’s letter and the information she gleaned about Gabby and her teacher. The live show gets off to a rocky start when Nick is knocked out. Simon warns his mum not to make any mistakes. Simon deviates from the script to praise Justin, while Brittney gives Gabby the cold shoulder. Paula dismisses any possibility of a romance with Mike, while he suggests it. Brittney reveals that Gabby’s high school teacher was the source of Gabby’s pregnancy. Her actions have shocked everyone. When people start hurling stuff, a commotion ensues. Zack is ecstatic that the show is becoming increasingly popular and that everyone is talking about it.

Jessica hands Brittney the gift Gabby had prepared for her, a painting that Sam had colored with her. Simon notices the note and wonders whether it’s the reason Brittney acted the way she did. Simon is disgusted and declines because Brittney blames it on her mother and claims it’s them against the world. Gina expresses her love for Gabby and the two have a tender moment. Simon expresses his regret to Gabby and hands her the Reggie note. Simon visits Justin’s home to express his regret for pushing him away. Justin forgives him and acknowledges that he, too, has issues. They kiss and go inside to make love, presumably. Mike apologizes to Paula and wishes to pursue a relationship with her, but she insists on remaining friends. She may have received cancer-related news from her doctor and is attempting to push Mike away. Gabby appears at Reggie’s front door. He replies he meant the letter when she asks whether he did. They exchange kisses.
