The new drama, which is based on the 2017 Argentinian series” La chica que limpia”, had its series premiere on Monday. Undocumented immigrants Thony and her sister-in-law Fiona work on the clean-up crews for numerous nightlife events in Vegas. The women have been living together for months: Thony’s 5-year-old son, Luca, suffers from a rare immunodeficiency and is still awaiting treatment after his first bone marrow donor backed out months ago, forcing Thony to remain in the United States illegally while she seeks medical aid for him.
They’re cleaning up after a party when Thony is sexually harassed by a man named Stevie. Fiona smacks him in the face, and he collapses. Thony becomes panicked and resorts to her doctor’s skills to save his life. They both lose their jobs, despite Thony’s dire need for funds for her son Luca’s donor therapy. That day, as well, the donor withdraws. Thony starts cleaning at a boxing gym and overhears a woman complaining about having to throw the match. Thony urges her to give it her all, and she succeeds. All of the bookers, however, murder the woman’s father/dealer. It was witnessed by Thony, and the men were aware of it. She offers to assist them in cleaning it up, but she does not want to get into any problems.
Thony is terrified as Arman takes her home. Since her visa has expired, the clinic will no longer assist her. One of Arman’s guys returns her to him and promises her money and a job. He also arranges for Luca’s medical care through him. As a result, she delves into the realm of organized crime. Brandon, a gorgeous guy, also asks Fiona out on a date and offers her a job. If they also sell ecstasy, they can work in an exclusive club. Thony is shocked, and before she can say anything else, Arman phones her with a job opportunity. While they’re both dressed up, they flirt, and she meets his wife. The cops discovered the body the next day, and the scene needed to be cleaned. Eric, one of the men, planted a device to detonate it, but Arman intervened in time to save Thony. They got out with him hurt when it went off. She was able to help him out. Fiona plans a special day for Luca at an isolated basketball court.
