The last episode of The Flash focused on Cecil Horton as his enemy mentally affected him and Barry. Season 7 is nearing its finale, and the old villain has arrived in Central City. In The Flash Season 7, Episode 14 titled “Rayo de Luz”, Allegra Garcia‘s Cousin Ultraviolet returns which can release blasts of UV radiation from her hands. He used it to assassinate Salvatore. On the other hand, Allegra (Kayla Compton) is searching for her cousin. Looks like this episode is going to be a family affair. Notably, this episode will be the third directed episode of Daniel Panabaker, who plays Caitlin Snow/Killer Frost. He previously directed ‘Godspeed’ in Season 5 and ‘License to Elongate’ in Season 6.
