when Lea’s alarm goes off at 4:30 am, Shaun gets upset and gets up. Lea slept in. He made her decaffeinated coffee to help her sleep. Morgan introduces Marcus to Kevin, a patient at Sarah’s Golden Compassion Boys Home. Kevin mocks Marcus Carlton and refuses to let him examine him. Andrews is also known as Carleton. Kevin lifts his shirt when Marcus promises to do his Carlton. Marcus draws the curtain. Kevin has three shattered ribs. Jordan wants Lea to acquire an endorsement for their product. Audrey tells Joanne, a patient, that she needs her aorta valve replaced. It takes two and a half hours and is done in the afternoon. Sophie, her niece, is by her side. in the chamber that Joanne is in. The motor not working.. Lea arrives to assist and says the fan belt is broken.
When Jordan and Lea seek Aaron for an endorsement, he suggests partnering. Lea wants a business strategy. Jordan didn’t want a partner, just an endorsement. Kevin’s face and ribs need reconstructive surgery, Marcus says. Marcus asks who is torturing him. He has a previous broken rib that didn’t heal properly. He can’t protect him unless he knows who did it. Joanne appears to be doing well after the surgery, but the iron lung suddenly fails. Shaun has summoned Lea to work on the iron lung and micromanages her, which irritates her. Joanne’s niece inquires as to whether Lea is a mechanic. Lea claims to know exactly what she’s doing. Joanne is on a ventilator, and While Lea restored the chamber, Joanne died again. She knows how to fix it but requires parts from the 1950s. Kevin’s heart is examined by Marcus before surgery. He has a healthy heart. Marcus wants to help, but Kevin won’t speak. Lea gets a Chevy gearbox to fix Joan’s chamber.
Joan gets a bronchial rupture and he hurries her into surgery. Shuan tells Audrey in the ER that Sophie offered to pay for his and Lea’s wedding if they appeared on her reality show which she is producing. Lea tells Shaun she has fun working with him. Shaun asks her if they are a reality show. She says the attention might annoy her. Shaun says he doesn’t mind the stares after the billboard.. Kevin can go back to the group home tomorrow. Marcus assures him he’ll talk to Sarah about having a tutor. He offers Kevin his personal cell phone. Aaron talks to Jordan and Lea about investors and tells them they are the product that needs to be retooled. They’d have to start over. That their million-dollar idea might be a billion-dollar one.
Jordan exits, but Lea retorts that he should honour their efforts. Joan refuses life-saving surgery. She swears she’s finished. But Lea says they haven’t decided yet on the reality programme. Sophie tells Shuan to see him. Kevin is bleeding from his wound. Marcus checks him, he tore his sutures. Marcus asks him to stay, and he agrees. Asks him to identify the aggressor. Marcus says he is intelligent but dyslexic. Sarah can’t do much because there are so many kids and so few home workers. Sophie arranges a Zoom for Joanne with all her pupils, who thank her for inspiring them. Joanne is aback. When Sophie asks about the show again, he says Lea doesn’t want to do it. Sophie inquires about the show once again, and he informs her that Lea does not wish to participate. but later, Lea says she wants to be an inspiration to others. As a result, they decide to participate in the reality show.
